We provide Instrument Sales & Services to the local North London area. We specialise in education & schools, including; School Instrument Rental, Instrument Repair Services, School Instrument & Accessory Sales.
For the individual or private student, we have a range of pre-owned & restored instruments available to buy, as well as accessories & the most frequently used consumables.

We currently buy Clarinets, Flutes, Saxophones & Trumpets.
If you wish to sell us an instrument please get in touch with us providing clear photos of the instrument and a description of what it is. Please include model numbers as this is a key piece of information that is essential in any instrument sale, if you are unsure of the specific model, we’ll be happy to help you identify the instrument.
Please note that we cannot buy any instrument without proof of ownership and formal identification of the seller.

Sell us your instrument
How will the price of my instrument be assessed?
When assessing an instrument, we will take into account condition (any repair work that needs to be done, and any parts e.g. case, mouthpiece that will need to be replaced)
We will require detailed pictures to be sent before an in person evaluation can be carried out.
What instruments do you buy?
We may be interested in purchasing any woodwind or brass instrument, of varying levels from student to advanced.
How are payments processed for purchased instruments?
Once a sale has been approved and accepted, and ID information provided from the seller, we will make the payment by online bank transfer.
Do you offer collections?
In some case we offer collections for instrument that have already been appraised remotely, this will taken into account at a cost of £10.
How do you verify the legitimacy of the items you buy?
We require a form of photo Identity (either Passport or Driver’s License) and a proof address before we will purchase any instrument.
Second Hand Instruments
What is the warranty offered on your workshop instruments?
We offer a limited 180 day warranty on all Instrument hardware. Cases of accidental damage or misuse are not covered under this warranty.
Do you offer an approval period?
We understand that in most cases, an instrument must meet the standards and approval of the music teacher, therefore we offer a 1 week approval free of charge, additional weeks of approval will be subject to our weekly short term rental charge.
What makes your instruments different?
Every one of our workshop instruments has been looked over and adjusted by the technicians in our workshop, this also includes a full clean, polish and disinfect. They are supplied with a case, and cleaning kit.
Schools & Education
How do you streamline the rental service for schools?
As all our rentals can be set up remotely and are completely paperless, we provide specialist sizing days, in which a representative from LMC will visit the school for the purposes of sizing up students. All rental setup can be processed and a delivery of the instruments will be shipped to the school with the child’s name and details clearly labelled.
